Tuition & Fees

Due to many classes already reaching capacity we ask that you contact our Registrar's Office after you complete your application and before you make payment.  Please contact us at (602) 454-1222 option 1 or  We will be able to let you know if you should proceed with the payment or if your child will be placed on a waitlist for on-campus or to give you the option to enroll in ACA Digital Academy.

 Registration Information: 

  • New students must create an account and complete the Admission Packet using our Online Admission process. 

  • Re-enrollment must be done through your RenWeb Parents account, contact the office for username and password, do not do an application as a new student

  • The 1st tuition installment + $100 Registration fee is due in FULL at registration to reserve a spot for the next school year.

  • Every student K-12 enrolling at ACA  is required to apply for the scholarship with APESF and Greater AZ Inc. Failure to apply to both scholarships will result in parents being billed the full $10,400.00/student.

  • Tuition for the year includes 5 equal installments, collected bi-monthly, on the 1st day of the month, tuition is due: Payment due dates are May 15th (or registration date), September 1st, November 1st, January 1st, and March 1st. 5% service charge will apply to late payments.

  • An annual discount of $200 applies to families with students in both Montessori / Early Montessori and grades 1-12

  • Multi-student discount: $300 annual discount for a family with 2 students, $600 discount for three students, and a $1,000 discount for four students, Grades 1-12.

  • There is a 5% Early Bird discount applied to any part or all of next year's tuition paid by May 15th.

  • Students ending the 2017/2018 school year with an average grade of "A"  will be awarded $500.00 in Merit scholarship from APESF or Greater AZ Inc. scholarships for the 2018/2019 school year.

  • Students graduating with an average grade of 'C' and lower during previous school year will lose an additional $1,000.00 in Merit scholarship from APESF or Greater AZ Inc. scholarships.

  • Students' application is not complete if all documents in Renweb are not signed, birth certificate and immunization records received, and for K-12 students,  both scholarships (APESF and AZ Greater Inc) are not submitted online

  • If for any reason a student withdraws before the end of the school year, a $100 fee applies.

*** In order for students in Grades K-12 to be awarded the scholarship, parents are required to apply for the scholarships at APESF & Greater AZ Inc.

*** The annual tuition of $10,400.00 will be billed to parents if they fail to apply for the APESFGreater AZ Inc. scholarships.


Daily Extended Hours Tuition (4:00 PM Pick Up)

  • ACA offers daily extended hours until but no later than 4:00 p.m.

  • Additional tuition for daily extended hours until 4:00 p.m for all ages is $1,000.00 per student per year.

  • To qualify for daily extended hours tuition rate, the student must be enrolled as such and tuition paid in advance along with the regular tuition payments.

  • All pick-ups after 4:00 p.m are subject to late pickup fees.
