What are the flags for?

Google Technology breaks the language barrier with a new translation feature (BETA). Using machine translation technology, this site now gives non-English speakers access to a variety of English web pages.  The nine country flags correspond to Arabic ,German, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, , French, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian languages. To translate any page simply click the corresponding flag on the bottom of each page. This is a free service by Google.
