Dear Parents,

Assalaam o alaikum

My name is Eman Khalife. This is my first year at ACA. I am very excited to be part of the school. InshaAllah I will be teaching fifth and sixth grade Social Studies. It’s my pleasure and honor to be your child’s teacher. I ask Allah to help us and guide us to make this a pleasant and academically fulfilled year.

I want to take this chance to tell you about myself. I have lived in California, practically my whole life. I did all my schooling in California. I have a Bachelors degree in Communications and two Master Degrees one in Intercultural Communications and one in Early Childhood Education. I have been working with students since I was eighteen years old. I started off teaching English to second language students at a local high school. In college I had a two year internship that consisted of teaching speech and debate to first year freshman college students. Here in Arizona, I have been volunteering at the Scottsdale Masjid Sunday School for almost three years now and continuing. This past year I have co-formed a Muslim Girls Group. The girls group has the same concept of girls scouts but with Islamic orientation.

On a personal level, I am mother to a three year old little girl. Who always keeps me busy and on my toes. I know how challenging and rewarding they can be. As a parent, I know how important your child’s education is. Therefore I believe that working together we can ensure the best quality education for our children.
